Amazing Coconut Pie

AMAZING COCONUT PIE from my media specialist :) 2 C. Milk ½ C. Butter ¾ C. Sugar 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla ½ C. Bisquick 1 C. Coconut 4 eggs Combine milk, sugar, bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla for 5 minutes. Pour into greased 10 in. pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes….sprinkle with coconut Bake 350 45 minutes I used a pie crust and I think this pie is too wet for it. I wouldn't use a crust again. Also refrigerate your pie

So I am at a point where I'm unhappy with my weight. Its bathing suit and shorts weather. I turned to my WWs cookbook for some inspiration and decided on chicken with feta sauce. I have no idea if this is healthy but it tasted fine. I havent had Anthony's opinion on it because he isn't home from work. I used three chicken breasts sprinkle of balsamic vinegar sprinkle of ground thyme olive oil to coat my pan 1/3 cup crumbled feta 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons flour half of a lemons worth of juice Ground black pepper dried oregano cooked orzo cucumber chunks Coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil Place the chicken breasts in the pan Sprinkle the balsamic vinegar and thyme on the chicken Cook the chicken through, mine took maybe 8 minutes a side. Cut into your chicken and make sure it's white with clear juices. Remove the chicken from the pan and put on a plate Add the flour to the pan stirring it in well so you dont have a lot of lumps of uncooked flo
