Sheet Pan Chicken Teriyaki



Ingredients:


Mushrooms, sliced

Broccoli

Snap Peas, halved

Onion, rough chop

2 chicken Breast, diced

Vegetable oil

Fried rice seasoning packet

Teriyaki sauce

Sriracha


On a foil lined sheet pan place all vegetables and chicken.  Top with oil and seasonings and teriyaki sauce.  Toss around to coat everything.  Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.  Serve over microwave jasmine rice.  Add additional sauce
