I was super tired when I made these and the stuffing of the burger didn't go so well. One turned out right and one split when cooking. The timing on the oven potatoes was very off and they were not cooked! I highly recommend making a mozz stuffed burger and adding this pesto sauce. My box didn't come with fresh basil. It was premade pesto and mayo. I don't like tomatoes so I skipped that part of the recipe. It was very yummy in the end. Mozz Stuffed Caprese Burger from Hello Fresh.
I needed a quick baby shower food for today. I think a nestie recommended this recipe. Its from Pampered Chef originally. It was yummy and it is all gone! It did not last more than a few hours. *I used both shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on my salad bars!
