I used up one of my Covid freezer stash steaks and made a T Bone with green beans, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. I heated a metal skillet on the stovetop with a little olive oil. I rubbed Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides of my steak. I browned each side of the steak for a few minutes. Then the pan and steak got thrown into the oven. The sweet potatoes were boiled then mashed with butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of maple syrup. I made two small sweet potatoes. Some chopped pecans would be really good in the potatoes too. The green beans were tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roasted in the oven. Mushrooms cooked with butter in a non stick pan.
