Bake brownies in a 9x13 pan using the 'cake like' instructions. Cool for at least 1 hour.
Blend 1 package softened cream cheese, 2 cups thawed Cool Whip, and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth in a mixer with paddle attachment. Top the brownies with Cool Whip mixture.
Crush 20 Oreo cookies in a food processor. Top the Cool Whip layer with about 16 cookies worth on crumbs, saving about 4 cookies worth for later.
Mix 2 packages instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk in mixer with the whisk attachment. Beat about 3 minutes until thick. Top with remaining Cool Whip. I wish I had a little more! I recommend getting the larger than 8 ounce size.
The final step is before eating, you add the reserved 4 crushed cookie crumbs.
