In the crockpot I added 2 boxes of beef broth, one onion, carrots, red potatoes, french onion dip seasoning, and a chuck roast. Cooked on high for about 5 hours.
I ended up throwing it all in tupperware and got around to eating it a day later.
To re-heat, I cut the beef into bite size pieces added it to a pot with some of the broth and heated it through.
I buttered and toasted a hoagie roll in the air fryer.
Then I added the hot beef and provolone cheese.
Back into the air fryer just to melt the cheese.
So messy and good!
The potatoes I ended up microwaving for 2 minutes in a glass container. Then I added butter and sour cream and mashed with a hand masher. They tasted fantastic!
