Asian dumpling soup

Drizzle sesame oil in a large stockpot. Add ginger paste, scallion whites, grated carrot, diced mushrooms, minced garlic, chopped quarter of cabbage. Add 4 cups chicken broth, lots of soy sauce, sriracha to taste, black pepper, frozen dumplings.   Bring to a boil. Serve with diced scallion greens, extra soy sauce, and sriracha.

Fast Butter Chicken

Season and cook chicken tenders in the oven.   Warm spicy butter sauce from Walmart on the stove Microwave 90 second uncle Ben's basmati rice Steam broccoli Add a little butter and seasonings to mini naan and toast in the air fryer. It is so good!  Sometimes we make it with frozen meatballs too.

New Year: Pork and saurkraut

Place a seasoned pork loin in the crockpot.  This one was rotisserie seasoned.  Add 2 cans of saurkraut.  Add a diced apple.  Cook until pork is falling apart.  Mine cooked almost all day.  I did end up making the leftovers into a sort of reuben sandwich.  I used some thousand island and cheese and it was awesome.

Barbie Pasta Salad

This is Adam's aunt's pasta salad recipe.  I have eaten it many times, but I haven't made it.  I plan on making it from now on!  I just got the recipe. Ingredients: 1 box of rotini noodles 1 can of tomato soup 1 bottle of Italian dressing 1 green pepper 1 cucumber 1 onion small container of cherry tomatoes celery seed Directions: Boil the noodles and drain.  Run cold water over noodles to quickly cool down. Dice the green pepper, cucumber, and onion.   Halve the cherry tomatoes Put the noodles and veggies in a large bowl. Add the tomato soup and Italian dressing. Toss until well blended Sprinkle pasta salad with a small amount of celery seed.
