Pioneer Women's 7 can soup

I wanted to like this recipe, but it isn't good and I'm disappointed the Pioneer Woman would even share this.  I did do the addition of ground beef.  I ate this soup once and it made gallons.  I'll be tossing it :(. It lacks flavor and it's just not good.  My taco soup would have been better and would have used a lot of the same cans.   Ingredients: 1 can black beans, undrained 1 can pinto beans, undrained 1 can chili with no beans 1 can corn, undrained 1 can green chili 1 can diced tomatoes with chili, undrained 8 ounces of cubed velveeta cheese

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This was the easiest meal ever!  Place 1-2 pounds chicken breast in the crockpot, top with a whole jar of Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parmesan sauce, add an 8 ounce block of cream cheese, and sprinkle on half a cup of shredded parmesan.  Cook on high for about 4 hours.  Shred the chicken and add in cooked pasta. I added a touch of lemon juice, sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and dried basil.   We had multicolor pasta shells.  I served with garlic bread, but a salad would have been nice.  I was able to start this after work and eat it in time for dinner.  Highly recommend

Purdue Breaded Chicken Cutlet

This came in a pack of 4 and it made the easiest chicken parmesan this week.  I found it at the Walmart.  I sprayed a baking sheet, placed the chicken on the sheet, and then sprayed the chicken a little bit.  Heated the oven to 425 and cooked the chicken 6 minutes, flipped it over, and cooked another 6 minutes.  We made our usual spaghetti sauce, a mushroom based jarred sauce with sauteed onion, green pepper, garlic, touch of sugar, and italian seasoning.  I turned the oven to broil, topped the chicken with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, then a circle of provolone, and put it under the broiler until the cheese was melting and started to brown a little.  Serve with some cooked spaghetti noodles topped with your sauce.  I also had steamed broccoli on the side.  No leftovers!
