Owls

Our friend Bettina is a graphic designer who used to work with my husband. She was throwing a baby shower for a friend and wanted owl cupcakes. She didn't know how to make her vision come true and asked me what I thought. I showed her these Annies Eats Butterfly Cupcakes I told her we could do something similar I took lots of my baking supplies over to her apartment last Thursday and we spent a few hours working on owls. :) They turned out very cute! She designed and printed the shower invitations that we used to trace. The Supplies Microwavable bowls Colored candy melt Wax Paper Toothpicks Disposable piping bags Piping tips, the smallest round tip possible Owl image for tracing The process 1. Melt outline chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, stir well 2. Scoop melted chocolate into the piping bag 3. Place wax paper over the image you are tracing 4. Trace the outlines 5. Pop in the freezer and continue tracing outlines 6. Once outlines have hardened melt your next color in
