Birthday bbq for my dog

My dog turned 1 years old this week!  So I had a party.  We had burgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, and potato salad.  Smores in the firepit My burger was topped with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, mushrooms, bbq sauce, and mayo. Hot dog was topped with spicy brown mustard and diced white onion. Pasta salad was pasta, cherry tomato, broccoli, red pepper, red onion, cucumber, parmesan cheese, and dressing. Potato salad was red potatoes, mayo, sour cream, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, pickle juice, lemon juice, celery, diced pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper, topped with paprika.  

Chicken Parmesan

 Adam requested homemade chicken parmesan.  It does taste the best. Ingredients: thin chicken flour seasoned with salt and pepper egg station with a little water seasoned italian breadcrumbs favorite pasta sauce cheese layer was shredded mozzarella and provolone Dip the chicken in the flour station, then egg wash station, and lastly in the breadcrumbs Fry in peanut oil Lay on a sprayed baking sheet Top with sauce and cheese Put under the broiler until the cheese is melted Serve with garlic bread, a salad, spaghetti noodles.

Jerk Chicken and pigeon pea rice

I tried to make this a sheet pan dinner.  I made the rice per instructions, rubbed my chicken in jerk sauce, and added frozen plantains.  My chicken wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be.  I would add more jerk next time.
