Semi homemade Chicken Pot Pie in Crockpot


 Chicken pot pie filling made in the crockpot yesterday.  I will turn into a pie today!


Ingredients:

two chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables

3-4 smallish potatoes, diced


Cooked on high in the crockpot for 4 hours.  

Shred chicken.

Pour into a casserole dish and top with some latticed pie crust

Bake until crust is golden and filling is bubbling
