Amazing Coconut Pie

from my media specialist :)

2 C. Milk
½ C. Butter
¾ C. Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
½ C. Bisquick
1 C. Coconut
4 eggs

Combine milk, sugar, bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla for 5 minutes.
Pour into greased 10 in. pie pan.

Let stand about 5 minutes….sprinkle with coconut

Bake 350 45 minutes

I used a pie crust and I think this pie is too wet for it. I wouldn't use a crust again. Also refrigerate your pie
