Crumb Topped Apple Pie

I used my usual apple pie filling recipe

pastry crust
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash dalt
8 cups thinly sliced tart apples (Granny Smith)
3 tablespoons butter

then I made a crumb topping for my pie

Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup
Oats- 1/2 cup
Chopped Walnuts- 1 small packet
Butter- I used too much :( and it made my pie soupy even after cooling it was a little too soupy. I used 1/2 cup butter, please only use 2 tablespoons!

Heat oven to 400 degrees bake about 40 minutes. Watch your pie because the crumb topping can burn
