schweineschnitzel and kaesespaetzle

We had an Austrian dinner at home last weekend
Inspired by watching Tyler Florence's Vienna episode

Pork Schnitzel and cheesy dumpling noodles

It was soooo good :)

The only thing we did differently is how to cook the pork
We fried our schnitzel one piece at a time in our wok, didnt lose any breading, and it was so crispy!

We didn't follow his recipe for the spaetzle, we made the basic dough, then ended up adding in more flour until we liked the consistency. Then DH did the cheese sauce in a similar way to his mac n cheese method. We did have sauteed onions in the cheesy noodles.
