Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a microwave safe bowl
Add 3 tablespoons almond flour, 1 egg, pinch salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Combine all ingredients, then microwave for 90 seconds.
Cut in half, and lightly toast in a buttered pan.
After I toasted the bun, I added cooked bacon and a slice of provolone cheese and popped it in the air fryer to toast and melt my cheese.
Overall I found it eggy tasting and I absolutely hate eggs in all forms.
