I am back from a vacation in Croatia! We had lots of pasta and pizza some with yummy truffles and cream sauce. mmmm.
Hubby and I are going to detox a bit since we go to the beach with our friends in about a week.
The plan is juicing for breakfast (hubby does breakfast and lunch)
I tend to like cucumber, apple, carrot, lemon in my juice.
I will hit the gym 4 times a week, increase to more than 10 miles a week. Maybe I'll try for 15?
For lunch today I had brown rice vegetable sushi. I know this is something I should learn to make at home!
For dinner tonight I plan on making black bean burgers without buns, corn, and sauteed spinach. The store didn't have any fresh corn so I'm steaming some frozen corn.
For tomorrows dinner I'm making some couscous. I want to add in tomato, zucchini, cucumber, onion, red pepper, and cilantro. I have to go check the veggie garden to see if I have tomato and zucchini :)
Friday I want creamy avocado; white bean wraps that I saw online. They look awesome.
Saturday we are celebrating hubby's birthday with friends with a crab feast. I don't eat crab so I will probably be eating some chicken for dinner.
