I have been counting calories for a while now. Smoothies are one of my favorite breakfasts. Tons of fruit servings! Using frozen fruit means I don't have to use any ice.
Ingredients:
Frozen fruit blend. I like this tropical one with mango, pineapple, strawberry
1 banana
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
Splash of milk
honey
chia seeds
