Ingredients:
Chicken tenders, dicedBok choy, sliced
Teriyaki Sauce
Sriracha Sauce
Honey
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Jasmine Rice
Peanuts for garnish
Get oil hot in a sautee pan. Pat chicken dry. Dice into bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. When chicken is cooked through add in teriyaki sauce, sriracha, and a little honey. Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with peanuts.
