I bought a $40 ham on sale for $14 and pulled it apart. Now I'm trying to use it as much as I can. I've made soup and now these sliders. These got a little overdone after 20 minutes of baking.
Ingredients:
12 small Hawaiian rolls, split
Slices of ham
Sliced of swiss
3/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Place ham and swiss in Hawaiian rolls. Combined melted butter, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and brush over the tops of the rolls. Bake about 15 minutes. I baked mine for 20 and felt they were a little overdone. They didn't taste burnt. They tasted great.
