32 oreos crushed in a food processor.
1 package of softened cream cheese added to the food processor with the crushed cookies.
Mixture should look like mud when combined.
Take small spoonfuls of oreo mixture and put on a sheetpan.
Chill in the freezer.
Roll into balls.
Create a double boiler with a large pan of water under a smaller pan with candy melt sitting on top.
Use a toothpick to dip oreo ball into the candy melt.
Place on a sheetpan with wax paper and sprinkle with holiday sprinkles right away.
Chill the oreo truffles in the freezer until ready to eat.
Let thaw for a few minutes before serving.
