Ingredients:
1 sticks of soften butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
a few dashes of cinnamon in the dry mixture
For Rolling:
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together. Then gently mix in the eggs.
In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients.
With the mixer on low add dry mixture a little at a time until combined.
Chill the dough and cookie sheets in the fridge.
In a small bowl stir together the sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
Make small balls of dough and roll in the cinnamon sugar.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
