INGREDIENTS:
1 package frozen cheese and onion potato pierogi.1/2 spicy smoked kielbasa sausage
Onion
Sauerkraut
Butter
Steam pierogi in a covered pan with water and a little oil.
Melt butter in a pan and saute onions and brown the sausage. Add some krat at the end and just heat it through. Stir steamed pierogi into the butter mixture and serve. Some people like to serve with some sour cream on the side.
