Breakfast Burrito


Ingredients:

Southern style hashbrown potatoes, the frozen kind with onions and peppers

Tortillas, heated so they are pliable

Canned black beans, drained and rinsed

Shredded cheese, usually some cheddar 

1 lb ground breakfast sausage, browned

Spices like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne if you like heat

*I dont eat eggs, but my boyfriend has added scrambled eggs to his


I make the filling, top with cheese, and roll each burrito.

To freeze I wrap a paper towel around the burrito and then wrap in saran wrap.

To cook in the morning you just need to microwave  the burrito in the paper towel a few minutes!  Less than 3 will do
