These chicken and vegetable potstickers from Costco are my favorite fast meal. If you don't know how to do pan frying to get that crisp bottom, listen up!
Heat oil in pan, not too high
Place frozen potstickers in.
Once they have a golden color, toss in some water and cover with a lid.
This will steam the potstickers through.
When they feel soft, remove the lid and let the water evaporate completely.
Don't let them burn at this point, if there is too much water dump some out.
They will have a nice crisp bottom and a soft texture everywhere else.
