I had frozen half of the chicken burritos and homemade enchilada sauce a while back. I thawed them out and placed everything in a casserole dish to bake. I also made some beef taco meat, Spanish rice, guacamole, and margaritas! I ordered jumbo oreo cupcakes from Green Valley. It was a successful party!
