I have made risotto a few times. It is a laborious dish. This one disappointed me as being too bland. The red pepper flakes were the only taste. Maybe it needed more parmesan cheese. Anyways, I'll stick to the broccoli cheese version I've made in the future. I may add the red pepper flakes to the broccoli version!
Edit: I think the edition of paprika and maybe some lemon juice maybe some sour cream would improve this a lot. Thin hungarian mushroom soup.
