German dinner


 Aldi has German week and most of this meal is from Aldi.  Pork schnitzel that I pan fried and topped with swiss and mustard.  Cheese spaetzle that comes frozen and you just toss in a pan, red cabbage from a jar that was heat up a little bit.  The applesauce is homemade.  Rebecca and I went apple picking when it was Honeycrisp time.  This applesauce was so good.  Just cut up about 10 apples, toss in crockpot, add a bit of water, half a cup sugar, and cinnamon.
