3+ peaches olive oil Crushed tomatoes sugar garlic onion onion powder garlic powder cayenne paprika salt pepper Apple cider vinegar To peel the peaches, boil for 45 seconds and then dump in an ice bath. You can feel the skins off with your fingers. Remove peach pit. Puree peaches in a food processor or blender. In a saucepan cook onion and garlic with some olive oil. Add the peach puree, some tomato, seasonings, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar. Cook down for a few hours. Taste and adjust seasonings. Use an immersion blender to create a smooth sauce. We used this sauce on some pork chops and I have no idea why there is no photo! We must have been HUNGRY.
