Ingredients:
36 Oreo cookies, crushed in food processor1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 package of ghiradelli dark chocolate candy melts
holiday sprinkles
Directions:
Crush 26 Oreo cookies in a food processor. Add the cream cheese and pulse cream cheese and cookies together until it resembles mud. Scoop small amounts of filling onto wax paper and place in freezer. Once frozen, roll scoops into balls and freeze again. Melt candy melts using a double boiler. Using a toothpick dip cookie ball into candy melt, place on wax paper, sprinkle with holiday sprinkles. Place back into the freezer.
